Customer support is provided by the GeliozGems.com team. Customer support includes questions regarding product orders, product details, materials used in GeliozGems.com products, product shipping and delivery, product wrapping and any other subject the GeliosGems.com team finds appropriate. GeliozGems.com does not provide support regarding products of other companies.

GeliozGems.com has no obligation to answer questions that were not submitted via the above form. GeliozGems.com has no obligation to answer questions regarding specific orders if order number has not been provided by the user.

GeliozGems.com provides competent answers to relevant questions in a timely fashion. However, GeliozGems.com does not provide a specific time frame for answering any request. Some requests require consultation with a jeweler and therefore may take longer then others.

All prices are specified in USD. All shipping charges, money transfer charges, currency transfer charges, sending bank fees, mediator bank fees, receiver bank fees, are covered by the buyer. Fines and fees collected by online credit card payment companies and PayPal system, are covered by GeliozGems.com.

Product prices are listed on the product page. GeliozGems.com reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

Products are shipped to the user via Airmail or EMS, according to the option you choose at checkout. Currently GeliozGems.com does not provide other delivery methods.

Product is usually shipped within 3 business days from payment.
In the event of urgency, please notify us and we will make an effort to ship products sooner. Shipping timelines for special orders/requests will be discussed separately for each order and are not described in this agreement.

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

An update is any modification of merchandise, such as changes of small elements of a jewelry item (locks, clips etc…)

GeliozGems.com is constantly striving to improve the quality of it’s merchandise, in compliance with customers requests and market constraints. The release of new product versions is entirely at the site’s discretion. New products developed and released by GeliozGems.com are not considered as updated products.

The product owner is entitled to introduce any change into a product purchased by him. In the event of such modification, GeliozGems.com will not be responsible for any problems that may occur after the modification.
